No win, no fee. No call centres. Just experts.

Long-term pain, lasting for more than about three months, is known as chronic pain.

Chronic pain conditions such as complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and somatoform symptom disorder (SSD) are often poorly understood. These claims need to be investigated by experts who fully understand the complex legal, medical and evidential issues.

Our experts will work on a no win, no fee basis when that is best for you. We will give you the help, support and advice you need.

When you get in touch you won’t speak to a call centre. You’ll speak to a serious injury expert.

Personal Injury Payouts

Compensation Payouts

There will be a wide variation on the amount of compensation a person receives depending on the specific circumstances of their case. There are numerous factors that will be considered but some of these include:

  • The precise nature and severity of the condition
  • any pre-existing difficulties or predisposition
  • The amount of and anticipation success of any rehabilitation
  • The extent of any long term disabilities and costs of future needs
  • Any psychological damage
  • Loss of Earnings past or future

If you have sustained a personal injury that was someone else’s fault, you should always seek the advice of experts who will assess your case on its merits. You will be compensated for losses that arise from the injury in addition to the pain and suffering cause by the injury. As a guide you could expect to receive the following amount for the injury itself.

  • Chronic pain: Up to £67,975
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: £3,190 to 81,400
  • Moderately Severe Psychiatric Damage:£15,400 to £44,330
  • Severe Psychiatric Damage: £44,330 to £93,500
